Southwick on the Lake, the planned rural living retreat in Stilwell, has three new homes under construction. The southernmost Johnson County Rodrock Development community is located just north of 199th Street and east of Mission Road on Canterbury Road, and features acreage home sites zoned for one or two horses.

Home prices for the community range from the upper $400,000s to $1 million.
