Soulja Boy just got nailed with a lawsuit over an alleged hit-and-run in an accident involving his very expensive Bentley.

We broke the story ... one of S.B.'s friends -- Abrahim Mustafa -- was cruising around in the Bentley in January when the car slammed into a motorcycle.  The impact sent Gabor Turi flying off his bike ... causing some pretty nasty injuries ... and the Bentley sped off into the Hollywood darkness.

Cops didn't make an arrest until May ... after a friend of Turi's nosed around the site of the impact and found a valet at Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles who ID'd the Bentley and knew Soulja owned it.

Here's the problem for Soulja.  In California, the owner of a vehicle who gives someone permission to drive is responsible when the driver screws up.  Thus the lawsuit.

'The Bachelor' couple sets televised wedding date

NEW YORK (AP) — Mark your calendars: Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici of ABC's "The Bachelor" are getting married.

Their wedding ceremony will air live on ABC on Jan. 26. "The Bachelor: Sean and Catherine's Wedding" will be hosted by Chris Harrison.

Lowe was named the franchise's 17th bachelor after he was rejected by Emily Maynard on "The Bachelorette."

Other couples to marry from "The Bachelor" or "The Bachelorette" include Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter, Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney, and Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum.

"The Bachelor" returns in January with Juan Pablo Galavis looking to find his match from 25 eligible women.

Netflix Shares Up 8 Percent After Reports of Talks With Cable Companies

Shares of Netflix surged 8 percent on Monday after reports surfaced that cable operators were considering embedding the video-streamer's service into set-top boxes.

The Wall Street Journal, citing people familiar with discussions, said Netflix is talking to Comcast and Suddenlink Communications, and Bloomberg later reported talks are underway with Charter Communications and Cox Communications, as well. 

Netflix stock on Tuesday rose $23.51 a share to $324.36 on volume that was more than twice the average.

Presumably, if a deal were to get done in the U.S. it would be similar to an arrangement Neflix recently struck with Virgin Media in the U.K. and Com Hem in Sweden. With those two -- at least initially -- only their subscribers who use TiVo set-top boxes will be able to access a Netflix app.

Netflix's goal, though, is more likely that the app be available on cable boxes in general, therefore making the on-demand streamer more of a partner to multi-systems operators and less a competitor.

"We would love to reduce the friction to the end consumer and to be available via the existing device in the home," Netflix CFO David Wells said this year at an investor conference.

Aniston: Fans don't want 'Friends' reunion

"Friends" reunion speculation hasn't gone away.

She'd be there for you! "Friends" star Jennifer Aniston would be up for a reunion of the beloved 1990s show, but doesn't think fans would be interested.

"I'd honestly go back to (the show) if we could, I would," Aniston said this week at a Television Academy event honoring "Friends" director James Burrows. "I don't think people would want to see us today."

Aniston also revealed that she was asked to step out of some of the famous fountain shots taken of the "Friends" cast, and shown in the opening credits. She was already part of the CBS sitcom "Muddling Through," which, fortunately for Aniston, was canceled just in time for her to be cast as Rachel Green on "Friends."

"We took her in second position," Burrows said. He also said he took the six main cast members to Las Vegas before the show began and warned them their lives were about to forever change. 

"And all six of them didn't have any money (to gamble) so they each wrote me checks for $200 and I cashed them," Burrows said. "And that was it. They came back and premiered and they don't have a shot of anonymity anymore."

Nor did they need to borrow from their bosses again. By the time "Friends" ended in 2004, the stars were famously making $1 million per episode.

Fifty Shades of Grey is about to start filming and the actor is starting to feel the pressure!

Charlie opened up to Entertainment Weekly about the role, saying:

"There are so many fans of that book and I know that on the surface, I'm probably not what everybody imagined. Because reading is so personal and people bring a character to life in their imagination, they feel ownership over that character."

Well, just because you weren't the first person people imagined Christian Grey to be, doesn't mean future readers won't be thinking of you!

He goes on to say:

"That's daunting if I allowed myself to think about it too much. I'm taking it very seriously and intend to explore the nature of who this character is, what motivates him—and also dress up nice and look good in those suits."

Yes!!
