ABSTRACT?

The implementation of Mother Tongue-Based Multilingual Education (MTBMLE) will require definitive rules for orthography and grammar. While there are such rules for some Philippine languages, there is a need to determine the agreement and points of departure between the rules and the usage to avoid confusion. This study makes an objective analysis of the levels of agreement, in terms of grammar and orthographic rules, between reference books and actual usage as evidenced from web-mined text corpora for three major Philippine languages, namely Filipino, Cebuano-Visayan and Ilokano. A list of language rules on grammar and orthography were selected from standard reference books for each of the aforementioned languages. Alternative forms of usage for each selected language rule were identified, and frequency counts were made, to be used as bases for a comparative analysis between the rules prescribed by standard reference books and actual language usage. The techniques used in this study are important in language education, serving to identify areas of confusion in language use in aspects of grammar and orthography.

New York mayor defends monitoring of Muslims in area

NEW YORK -- New York's mayor served notice Friday that his police department will do everything within its power to root out terrorists in the United States, even if it means sending officers outside the city limits or placing law-abiding Muslims under scrutiny.

"We just cannot let our guard down again," Mayor Michael Bloomberg warned.

The mayor laid out his doctrine for keeping the city safe during his weekly radio show, following a week of criticism of a secret police department effort to monitor mosques in several cities and keep files on Muslim student groups at colleges in Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and upstate New York.

Several college administrators and politicians have complained that the intelligence-gathering, exposed in a series of Associated Press stories, pried too deeply into the lives of innocent people.

With about 1,000 officers dedicated to intelligence and counterterrorism, the New York Police Department has one of the nation's most aggressive domestic intelligence operations. Its methods have stirred debate in legal circles over whether it has crossed the line and violated civil liberties of Muslims.

In perhaps his most vigorous defense yet of some of the NYPD anti-terrorism efforts, Mr. Bloomberg said it is "legal," "appropriate" and "constitutional" for police to keep a close eye on Muslim communities that terrorists might use as a base to strike the city. And he said investigators must pursue "leads and threats wherever they come from," even across state lines.

"It would just be naive to think we should stop following threats when they get to the border," Mr. Bloomberg said.

In the past few days, the department has come under fire from university officials and others after the AP revealed that police agents had monitored Muslim student groups around the Northeast and had sent an undercover agent on a white-water rafting trip with some college students.

More criticism came from New Jersey public officials after another AP report detailed a secret NYPD effort to photograph every mosque in Newark and catalog Muslim businesses. That operation was an extension of a similar tracking effort within New York's city limits. Mr. Bloomberg acknowledged that Newark mayor Corey Booker hadn't been briefed by the NYPD but that the Newark police department had been.

Plainclothes officers swept through Muslim neighborhoods, photographing mosques and eavesdropping on businesses. Informants reported on what they heard inside mosques. Police monitored and kept files on Muslims who Americanized their names. They also infiltrated Muslim student groups.

Critics have said it isn't appropriate for police to spy on citizens without reason to believe they committed a crime. The American Civil Liberties Union issued a statement Friday accusing the NYPD of turning the city into a "surveillance state."

Faiza Patel, co-director of a civil rights program at the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University's law school, said guidelines in federal court rulings do not allow the department to hold onto files detailing conversations of mosque worshippers "unless the information relates to potential terrorist or criminal activity."

Rep. Rush Holt, D-N.J., questioned why the NYPD was assembling volumes of data on people not suspected of breaking any laws. "It's bad policing. It's profiling, fishing expeditions. They're looking around saying, 'Surely in this community there must be bad people. If we look long enough, we'll find them,' " he said.

Columbia University President Lee Bollinger, a First Amendment scholar and former law school dean, wrote an open letter Friday that the NYPD shouldn't have been monitoring websites of the school's Muslim student groups unless one had been suspected of a crime. He said the police tactics could have a "chilling effect" on free speech and association.

Mr. Bloomberg warned of dire consequences if the city fails to detect plots.

"We are not going to repeat the mistakes that we made after the 1993 bombing," he said. "We cannot slack in our vigilance. The threat was real. The threat is real. The threat is not going away."

Bruce Beresford-Redman: I Didn't Kill My Wife

Bruce Beresford-Redman, the former Survivor producer accused of killing his wife in Mexico two years ago, is speaking out for the first time and proclaiming his innocence.

"Everyone seems to have decided that I killed my wife," he tells 48 Hours Mystery in an episode airing Saturday at 10 p.m. "I didn't kill my wife – I really didn't."

In April 2010, the body of Monica Beresford-Redman turned up naked and beaten in a sewer near a resort in Cancun where she was vacationing with Bruce and their two children.

Beresford-Redman, who was extradited to Mexico this month for the crime, was arrested soon after authorities found the corpse and witnesses at the hotel said they overheard the couple arguing earlier in the night.

"For anyone who really believes... that you're innocent until you're proven guilty, please take a look at the evidence. Or in this case, the absolute complete lack of evidence," says Beresford-Redman, adding:

"I doubt that there will ever be a satisfying resolution for this because the evidence is gone. Even if I do manage to get off, I don't know if Monica's killers will ever really be caught."

EU Timeshare Directive, One Year On: How Have We Done? | RCI ...

Chris Bannister, commercial partner at Gregory Rowcliffe Milners, is no stranger to the timeshare industry. Last year Bannister joined us on a special edition of the Today's Timeshare radio show to discuss the imminent introduction of the EU Timeshare Directive. Today marks the Directive's anniversary, and Bannister gives his verdict on the industry's progress.

One year on from the coming into force of the new EU Timeshare Directive, it might be said that the shared ownership world is little different from what it was before.

The new Directive was heralded by many (both in the industry and outside) as a welcome response to some of the big issues that have beset the timeshare industry for so long ? but there were also many who were suspicious and somewhat fearful of the impact that it might have, not least in the 'fractional' sector, which seemed keen to avoid potentially burdensome regulation that might discourage new entrants at such an early stage.

However, in my experience at GRM at least, since its implementation the Directive seems to have been welcomed not only by the mainstream timeshare sector but also by those developing and selling ?fractional? products, who seem to appreciate the legal structure and contractual certainty that the new Directive provides and the reassurance that this gives to their customers and potential customers.

All seem to have embraced the new pre-contractual information? and other requirements without much complaint and even the minimum 14 calendar day cooling off period and the strict ban on deposits seem to have been accepted.

A number of EU Member States (as always) missed the prescribed deadline for implementation of the Directive (23rd February 2011) and the European Commission has had to take legal action against some Member States to force them to take the necessary transposition measures.

And of course implementation of the Directive is one thing, and effective enforcement of it is quite another.

Time will tell how effective it will be in practice, but it would certainly be fair to say that the new Directive has been welcomed rather more warmly than its predecessor and it will be interesting to see how well the EU Commission considers that the Directive has been implemented (in terms of overall quality and completeness) when it carries out its assessment once it has confirmation from all Member States that their transposition laws are in place.

Clearly, the challenging economic conditions that have prevailed across the EU since its coming into force have made it difficult to assess the real impact of the new Directive.

Lack of consumer confidence and difficulties with obtaining credit have no doubt curtailed sales of timeshare and fractional products much more so than any legislative or regulatory hurdles.

However, the seeds of recovery and growth are starting to germinate and solid growth in other markets, including in the US as well as in emerging markets in Asia and elsewhere, appear to indicate that the good times will return and that timeshare and fractional could emerge as much more mainstream leisure products in Europe once this happens.

Certainly, the new legal regime in place across Europe following full implementation of the Directive should not be any impediment to successful sales and it should provide a firm base for future growth of both traditional timeshare and fractional products, which still have very low penetration across the leisure market as a whole and huge scope for growth.

Of course, there are other problems that the Directive cannot solve and which need to be fixed quickly if the industry is to thrive.

First and foremost, there are many timeshare owners out there who do not use and often no longer want their timeshares any more, but who feel trapped by escalating maintenance fees and the lack of effective exit routes.

Many are even prepared to give their timeshare interests away for nothing in return for release from maintenance fee liabilities, but are not permitted to do so under the terms of their contracts.

And there is a whole new generation of potential customers for whom the traditional timeshare product is of little interest, but who could quickly be attracted to alternative (and innovative) products that speak to them.

With adversity always comes opportunity and I firmly believe that there is now a solid legal base for the investment and innovation that is needed to regenerate the product and the industry across Europe.? And now would be a very good time to start doing it!

Shanghai court rejects Proview injunction, okays the sale of Apple iPads (update: Proview sues Apple in US courts)

The legal tussle between Apple and Proview over the iPad has swung in Cupertino's direction. According to Chinese news outlet Xinmin, a Shanghai court has rebuffed Proview's demand for an injunction halting the sale of the Apple tablet due to licensing issues. The Pudong New Area People's Court made the decision yesterday, stating that while the Guangdong court case has yet to make a final decision on who owns the "iPad" trademark, there wasn't enough evidence on Proview's side to honor an injunction.

For those who've just caught up with the story, here's a quick overview: starting in 2000, Proview's Taiwan branch registered the "iPad" trademark in several countries, with the Shenzhen branch doing the same in China. Apple then bought worldwide rights from Proview Taiwan, which would have included China. Proview Shenzhen, who has gone into debt restructuring since 2010, is now saying that it never authorized its Taiwan counterpart to do so, but Apple claims that it has Proview Shenzhen's signatures on the paperwork. It looks like eventually it's going to get easier to grab that iPad in China, though if Apple's appeal case in the Guangdong court fails, then Proview could easily strike again with more ammo.

Update: Looks like Proview is bringing the fight to Apple's home turf. We've just learned that the Chinese company filed a lawsuit against the Cupertino firm on February 17th in Santa Clara County, California, where it alleges deception in Apple's purchase of the iPad trademark. [WSJ]

Like last year's Samsung HM3600?($59.99, 4 stars), the $39.99 Samsung HM1800 is?an inexpensive mono?Bluetooth headset with a small, minimalist design. It improves upon the HM3600 in a number of ways, but suffers from two of the same drawbacks. Poor noise cancellation and a lack of A2DP streaming mean that this headset is only useful if you plan to keep your calls indoors.

Design, Fit, and Pairing
The HM1800 measures 1.6 by .7 by .4 inches (HWD) and weighs .28 ounces, placing it among the tiniest Bluetooth headsets we've tested. Made entirely of plastic, with a black body and dark gray front panel, it looks unobtrusive and classy. The top edge is home to a hardware power switch and LED indicator light. The back edge holds a covered microUSB charger port, while the bottom edge features two volume control buttons. The front panel contains the headset's multi-function Talk button.

The headset features an on-ear design, which means the rubber ear tip rests on your ear rather than in your ear canal.?It comes with two identical, detachable plastic ear hooks, along with three different rubber tips. One of those tips is meant to be worn in conjunction with an ear hook, while the other two allow you to use the HM1800 without a hook. Of these, I found the hook to be the most comfortable, secure option. One of the standalone rubber tips fit my ear more comfortably than the other, but neither made the headset feel completely secure. Using the hook felt safer, and because the headset is so light, it barely felt like it was even there.

The HM1800 is automatically set to pairing mode the first time you turn it on. For subsequent pairings, just hold down the Talk button for three seconds until a voice prompt says "Ready to pair." The HM1800's uses a voice prompt-based interface that provides battery and connection status updates, along with usage instructions. I found it helpful, but you can turn it off if you'd like.

Voice Quality, Noise Suppression, and Conclusions
The HM1800 is a multipoint headset, so you can pair it with two devices simultaneously. For this review I paired it with an Apple iPhone 4S?($199.99, 4 stars) as well as a Samsung Galaxy Nexus?($299.99, 4 stars). I had no trouble pairing the headset to either phone or initiating voice dialing. Battery life is good, too, at 7 hours and 36 minutes of talk time. According to Samsung, the headset should last for over twelve days on standby. Given its small size, those numbers aren't too shabby.

Voice quality is mostly good, minus one key element: noise cancellation. Voices sound rich and full through the headset, if just a touch muddy. And calls placed with it are clear, if somewhat thin. Samsung doesn't specify what type of noise suppression technology the HM1800 employs, but calls placed outdoors were extremely difficult to hear, even when it wasn't that noisy. Lots of wind came through, along with plenty of ambient noise I barely even noticed while placing the call. For that reason, I wouldn't recommend this headset if you mostly plan to use it while on the go.

Additionally, the Samsung HM1800 doesn't support A2DP, so you can't use it to listen to streaming media like apps, audiobooks, music, or podcasts, on your cell phone.

The Samsung HM1800 is small, inexpensive, and features mostly good call quality. The lack of A2DP is understandable at this price, but poor noise suppression holds this headset back. The Plantronics M50?($49.99, 3.5 stars) is another good budget option, as it adds A2DP streaming into the mix, though it too suffers from mediocre noise cancellation. The?Samsung HM6450?($99, 4 stars) is a better buy, thanks to its improved outdoor transmission quality. While it lists for $99, you can pick one up for less than $50 from numerous retailers. And if you need to be sure you can use your headset anywhere, the?pricey Jawbone Era?($129.99, 4.5 stars) is tops for noise suppression, along with the previous-generation Jawbone Icon?($99.99, 4 stars).?

NEW YORK (AP) ? Carmelo Anthony had mostly been a bystander as Jeremy Lin went from the end of the Knicks' bench to the biggest story in sports.

New York won eight of nine games with Lin leading the way, and Melo nursing an injury that kept him out of action for the last seven of those games.

Anthony returned Monday night only to see Deron Williams and the Nets put a damper on all the excitement.

Williams scored a season-high 38 points and outplayed Lin, while Anthony slogged through his first outing in two weeks and New Jersey beat New York 100-92.

Lin scored 21 points, shooting 7 for 18 with nine assists. Not bad.

Anthony, however, struggled after missing seven games with a groin injury. The All-Star foward scored 11 points and went 4 for 11 from the field. He missed shots around the rim he usually finishes, had six turnovers ? including a dribble off his foot ? and even missed half of his six free throws.

New York fans have been worrying about whether Anthony's return would disrupt the Linsanity. This won't help ease their fears.

"My mindset was not try to come in and do too much. Try to fit in. Try to play my game within the system the way that they've been playing the last couple weeks," Anthony said.

Anthony's first basket came off a connection with Lin, setting a pick and popping out for a jumper. But the Knicks' offense went stagnant in the second quarter, and Williams took over the game in the third.

"I want Jeremy to have the ball. Hands down," Anthony said. "I want him to create for me. I want him to create for Amare (Stoudamire). I want him to create for everybody and still be as aggressive as he's been over the past two weeks. I want that."

Lin began his remarkable run against the Nets about two weeks ago, but Williams and the Nets were ready for him this time.

"I don't really watch too many games, but I do see Twitter, people tweet me and every, you know, three lines it was 'Jeremy Lin destroyed Deron Williams,'" Williams said. "So I definitely took offense to that in the first game and definitely, like I said, I had it circled."

Williams outscored Lin 36-11 through three quarters, when the Nets led by 18. The Knicks lost for the second time in 10 games since Lin's emergence against the Nets on Feb. 4.

"Obviously, Deron Williams going for 30-whatever he had is not going to get it done," Lin said. "So I needed to come out with more energy, the team needed to come out with more energy and I think at the end of the day, I think that's why the team lost."

Williams scored 18 in the third quarter, including 12 straight Nets points during one surge. Clearly amped up for the rematch ? maybe too much so, because he fouled out with 3:07 left ? he skipped across the court with three fingers in the air after burying a second straight 3-pointer during his blistering stretch.

"I don't think Deron Williams needs much of a prod," Knicks coach Mike D'Antoni said. "That's one of the best guards in the league. Jeremy still got 21 and nine. He had a great game, good game. Deron had a great game and that'll be that way sometimes. Again, I'm not big on the matchups just because it's a team thing and as a team we just didn't perform very well."

A Knicks offense that rang up 104 points against the defending champion Dallas Mavericks on Sunday shot only 40 percent against the Nets.

In addition to welcoming back Anthony, Baron Davis played his first game with the Knicks. The former All-Star point guard, relegated to Lin's backup now, had three points and an assist in just under 10 minutes.

And it was the second game for guard J.R. Smith, who signed with the Knicks after returning from a stint playing in China.

The Knicks found a winning formula with Lin. Now, D'Antoni has to tweak it without ruining it.

"We have to get this thing sorted," he said. "We have to figure out the type of team, the identity we have to have."

Anthony didn't seem too worried.

"As far as identity we've had last couple weeks, it was there," he said. "I don't think nothing is going to change.

"There's going to be an adjustment. New roles. New guys."

Notes: Knicks rookie Iman Shumpert sat out with a left knee injury and will be re-evaluated after the All-Star break. ... Nets C Brook Lopez, who just returned Sunday after breaking his foot in the preseason, sat out as part of the plan to not play him yet on back-to-back nights. ... The Knicks honored former coach Joe Lapchick, and players Nat "Sweetwater" Clifton and John Rucker as part of their "Pioneer Night: A Celebration In Black History." Clifton was the first African-American to play for the Knicks, though Rucker preceded him by two weeks in training camp in 1950, becoming the first African-American to wear the team's uniform.

Mache Seibel, MD: Rape Is a 4-Letter Word

Rape is a painful topic; a violent act. A 4-letter word that sounds evil. Perpetrators uniformly deny it and victims typically don't discuss it. You'd almost think it never happens. In reality, it happens a lot (see below).

Prior to 1927 there were no laws on the books about rape, and no updated laws existed until January 5, 2011. Women and men both need to know that the U.S. Attorney General recently announced a revised definition of rape so that it can be more accurately reported and prosecuted. As a woman's health expert who spent nearly 20 years at Harvard, it saddens me to say how many women I've cared for who have been raped. I hope it never happens to you or your loved ones; but if it does, now you can prosecute offenders and you're more likely to get justice.

Here's how the new law differs from the old one. In 1927, "Forcible rape" had been defined by the UCR SRS (Uniform Crime Report (UCR) Summary Reporting System (SRS) the "national report card") as "the carnal knowledge of a female, forcibly and against her will." That means a man forces vaginal sex with a woman. It left a lot to be determined; required an immediate visit to the doctor to look for sperm in the woman's vagina as well as any signs of trauma. There was no law for a woman raping a man or a man raping a child. During my on call training, many nights I was asked to examine women for alleged rape, and the details that I carefully wrote in the hospital records had a great impact on whether or not an alleged rapist was convicted.

Here's how the new law describes rape: "The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim."

So one person forcing an object (animate or inanimate) into another person is rape.

Susan B. Carbon, Director of the Office on Violence Against Women, states, "For the first time ever, the new definition includes any gender of victim and perpetrator, not just women being raped by men. It also recognizes that rape with an object can be as traumatic as penile/vaginal rape. This definition also includes instances in which the victim is unable to give consent because of temporary or permanent mental or physical incapacity."

How common is it? According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) 1 in 6 women report that they have either been raped or an attempt has been made to rape them in their lifetime. The first time for 60% of these women was before age 18. Tell your daughters. The February 2012 issue of the medical journal Obstetrics & Gynecology (2012;119:412-7) estimates that more than 1 in 3 women (36%) in the United States have experienced rape, physical violence, or stalking by an intimate partner at some point during their lives.

What is it? Sexual violence is any sexual activity for which you do not freely give consent. That includes both sex against your will and sex that happens when you cannot freely give your consent. If you have been drinking and pass out, and wake up to suddenly find a man having sex with you, it is rape. If a man has sex with a woman who is under the influence, it is rape. Think of it like this, if you are under the influence, you cannot sign a consent form for a medical procedure, and you cannot give consent for a sexual act, either. Tell your sons; getting a girl drunk or high to have sex with her may now land him in jail or at least in court.

Rape is more than unwanted sex. It's an act of violence and it's a crime.

Who commits it? Unfortunately, all kinds of people; a current or former intimate partner; a family member, friend, or acquaintance; a person in a position of power or trust, or a stranger. According to the CDC, in a nationally representative survey that looked at the first rape experience of female victims, perpetrators were reported to be intimate partners (30.4%), family members (23.7%), and acquaintances (20%). This means that the victims knew over 74% of the perpetrators. Remind yourself; keep your antennae up.

What are the risks? I divide the risks into short-term: getting pregnant (for women), acquiring a sexually transmitted disease, or being injured; and long-term risks that can affect your physical or emotional health:

? Chronic pain

? Headaches

? Fear and anxiety

? Problems trusting others

? Anger and stress

? Eating disorders

? Depression

? Suicidal thoughts

What can I do to prevent it?

? Avoid using excessive amounts of alcohol and drugs. It interferes with clear thinking.

? Be aware of your surroundings. Be cautious and alert.

? Try to walk in groups rather than alone, especially at night.

? Take a self-defense class.

? Lock all doors to your car and residence at all times.

? Believe in your right to set limits that match your sexual desires and limits.

? State your limits clearly and loudly and say "NO" if necessary.

? Yell "Fire" or carry a whistle and blow it. It attracts people's attention.

? If the rapist is unarmed, fight back, shout "NO" and run away as soon as possible.

? If the rapist is armed, try to talk him out of continuing the assault or resist passively by pretending to faint, vomit or urinate

What do I do in case of rape?

? Go to a safe place and call a friend or family member to be with you.

? Take some slow deep breaths and realize that what happened is wrong, it's not your fault and that you have value.

? Call the police; rape is a crime.

? Do not bathe, douche or change clothes.

? If you choose not to contact the police, go to a hospital emergency department to be checked. You are not required to report to police in order to get medical care.

? Write down as much as you can remember about what happened and the person who did it while it is most fresh in your mind.

? Contact a rape treatment center. A counselor there can be of great help.

Randi Hutter Epstein, MD, MPH: Mad Yogis: Is That an Oxymoron (Or a New Twist On an Ancient Practice)?

It happens a lot. I'm in a yoga class, really aiming to do precisely what the teacher says. That is, visualize my breath flowing through my body down to my toes and into the tips of my fingers. I let go of any angry thoughts. I relax my jaw. And then it happens. I can't help but think what would make this wonderfully together and peaceful and grounded and full of inner-happiness yoga instructor really lose it.

Now I know.

A book about the science of yoga. Oxymoronically as it may seem, a gaggle of yoga teachers have bombarded William J. Broad, a New York Times science writer and author of The Science of Yoga with hate mail. One of them, he told NPR, even used the "F" word in an email. As in "F You Bill Broad!"

While this comprehensive book covers everything from the titillating orgasmic history of yoga to its impact on mental and physical health, Broad rankled quite a few yogis, it seemed, with two findings:

1. Yoga's slow deep meditative breathing does not rev up your metabolism. In other words, yoga in and of itself is not the quick fix to weight loss.

2. Ineffective teachers can push you into dangerously contortionist poses. In other words, beware: You can get hurt.

Let's focus on point one. While a lot of yoga classes today, as Broad points out, have morphed more into old-fashioned feel-the-burn exercise classes, the traditional body-stretching yoga poses combined with super-slow deep breathing will not help you burn calories. They are not aerobic. The meditative breathing, science has shown, may even put you into a deeply relaxed state which has just the opposite effect on you compared with, say, going out for a run. I'm not sure why that shocks anybody or really what the fuss is all about. If your yoga teacher is really skinny, then he or she is probably doing something else other than deep breathing and it probably has to do with what they are eating -- or not eating.

The science though is fascinating: A 2006 study of more than 100 men and women in Bangalore found that regular yoga practice cuts basal metabolic rate by about 13 percent. Even more so among women than men. It seems that the slow breathing techniques hit the autonomic nervous system which influences, among other things, the way you burn energy. The investigator concluded that yoga "creates a propensity for weight gain and fat deposition." On a positive note, a 2009 study at the University of Pennsylvania found that this very same slowing-down yoga phenomenon was good for heart health. Blood pressure declined, they found, among 26 volunteers doing Iyengar yoga -- a slow sort of practice.

But before you worry about weight gain, Broad points out that the practice of yoga -- regardless of the specific physiologic effects -- may put you in a better mental state so you will stick to your diet better than if you hadn't done yoga in the first place.

And point two: Every form of exercise class -- whether it be Tai Chi or spinning -- has terrific teachers who show you how to do things correctly. And like everything other body-movement class, there are lousy coaches who may encourage you to try something you shouldn't. If you are twisting your body into a pretzel or trying to stand on your hands and it just doesn't feel right, chances are it isn't right for your body. You could get hurt. It's hard to believe that an experienced yoga practitioner and Pulitzer Prize-winning author can inspire such ire, particularly when he concludes his book with a huge endorsement: Yoga, he says, "can turn our bodies into customized pharmaceutical plants that churn out tailored hormones and nerve impulses that heal, cure, raise moods, lower cholesterol, induce sleep, and do a million other things. Moreover, yoga can do it in an extremely low cost with little or not risk of side effects."

Maybe those angry yogis never finished the book. Or maybe they need to practice their breathing techniques along with a Happy Baby pose.
